About Me

As a Mobile Notary Public, I travel to you for your convenience at a location you specify. My fee is reasonable and competitive. Fees are set considering time spent traveling to and from the location of the appointment, estimated the length of the appointment plus the regular fee charge in the state of Florida. I offer a high-quality service which ensures repeat customers. My customers deserve punctuality and courteous service in a professional manner.

Client documents are handled with a high level of confidentiality and information is treated with discretion to build and maintain your trust. I am familiar with Florida notary laws and the guidelines established to protect your privacy and information. It is my responsibility to maintain confidentiality when I access your private, personal information.

Traveling Mobile Notary Public's have geographic limitations and can notarize documents only within the state in which they are commissioned.

A Notary Public is a government officer and public servant who serves as an impartial witness in talking acknowledgments, administering oaths and affirmations, and performing other acts authorized by law. These official acts are called notarizations or notarial acts.

When documents are notarized, the public can be assured that its signer is not an impostor and any contracting parties can be assured that the document they have signed will have full force and effect.

A notarized document is considered "self-authenticating." The same is true under the rules of evidence in effect in each state.

When a document is self-authenticating, the signers of the contract do not need to testify in court to verify the authenticity of their signatures. That saves a lot of time and money. Having a document notarized is, "a huge strategic advantage" in litigation.
